BAFTA outfits showcase the top SS17 trends

Wondering what trends you will be wearing this season?  Here’s a round up of the latest trends as seen at the Bafta Awards tonight red carpet tonight.  Spring/Summer 2017 is all about punked up pretty, 80’s disco glamour, ruffles and floral embroidery.

Pretty Powerful

From romantic ruffles to boho pretty, Actress Emily Blunt and Catherine Middleton perfected this feminine trend dressed in dressed in Alexander McQueen.



Eighties Disco Baller

From power shoulders, to Joan Collin’s style tops to draped metallic fabrics, the eighties inspired trend is going no where this season.  Penelope Cruz looked divine in a chain mail metallic draped dress and Sophie Turner looked every inch a sex siren in a thigh high split metallic dress.



The Babydoll

The babydoll dominated Marc Jacobs and Chloe SS17, think a futuristic Alice In Wonderland.  The more OTT the better and to update your babydoll look, be sure to add your heaviest leather black boots for a punked up pretty look.  Actress Anna Taylor Joy was in a world of her own in Gucci.


Green with Envy

According to Pantone, green is the colour of the year and Actress Amy Adams looked demure in a Tom Ford floor length gown with a bow.
